1. Membership Benefits
By purchasing an All Season Pass to Idle Creek Farms, members receive:

Guaranteed access to all regular weekend activities and attractions.

Priority booking for special events.

Discounts on add-ons, food, drinks, and special/private events.

Member-only communications, including early announcements and exclusive offers.

Access to all seasonal festivals, including:

Pumpkin Festival

Watermelon Festival

Baby Animal Festival

Flower Festival

2. Membership Schedule & Payment

Idle Creek Farms operates seasonally on weekends. While we may close or modify our schedule during the unseasonable months of July, August, January, and February, memberships remain active year-round.

Memberships are billed either monthly or annually:

Individual Membership: $12/month (Regular Price: $15/month) or $144 annually.

Family Membership: $35/month (Regular Price: $50/month) or $420 annually.

Family memberships cover two adults and up to four children living in the same household. Additional children may be added for $3/month at the gate during the first visit as members.

Monthly memberships are billed on the same date each month for 12 consecutive months and cannot be canceled before the contract ends.

4. Membership Policies

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Guest passes included in the family membership are non-transferable and do not accumulate.

Members must follow all farm rules and safety guidelines. Failure to comply may result in termination of membership without a refund.

Idle Creek Farms reserves the right to modify attractions, events, and schedules at any time.

Special event reservations and discounts are subject to availability and may require advance booking.

5. Cancellation Policy

The All Season Pass is not a subscription but a 12-month contract that provides discounted admission rates in exchange for a full-year commitment.

Payments cannot be canceled within the 12-month period unless the contract is paid in full.

If a member wishes to terminate their membership before the 12-month term ends, they must pay the remaining balance of their contract in full at the time of cancellation.

Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension of membership benefits until the account is brought current.

6. Liability & Assumption of Risk
By purchasing a membership, members acknowledge that participation in farm activities involves inherent risks. Idle Creek Farms is not liable for injuries, lost items, or damages incurred while on the premises.

7. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
Idle Creek Farms reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
